What do you make?

Handmade macrame jewelry — earrings, chokers, and seasonal goodies.

Is everything handmade?

Yep, all made by me! No two pieces are the same.

Can I order something custom?

For sure! Message me here or on Instagram (@kariswhatknots) and we’ll chat details.

How long until I get my order?

• Ready to ship: 2–3 days.
• Custom: about 1–2 weeks.

Do you do returns?

Not usually, since everything’s handmade. But if there’s a problem with your order, reach out within a week and I’ll take care of it.

How do I pay?

Credit/debit cards, PayPal, and even Venmo (@Kari-Baisa) for local orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Local Delivery:

Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Round Rock, TX for a $3 delivery fee. Deliveries are made every Tuesday. If your address qualifies for local delivery, you’ll see that option at checkout

How do I take care of my macrame jewelry?

Keep ‘em dry, away from perfumes, and comb the fringe gently if it gets messy.
