Is everything handmade?
Yep, all made by me! No two pieces are the same.
Can I order something custom?
Absolutely! Many designs can be customized with different cord colors, beads, hardware, and gemstone options. If you have something specific in mind, send me a message here or on Instagram (@kariswhatknots), and we’ll create something uniquely yours.
How long until I get my order?
- Ready-to-ship items: 2–3 business days.
- Custom orders: Typically 1–2 weeks depending on design complexity.
- Local delivery: Available within a 10-mile radius on Tuesdays.
Do you do returns?
Not usually, since everything’s handmade. But if there’s a problem with your order, reach out within a week and I’ll take care of it.

**How local Tuesday delivery’s work**
Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday that are already in stock qualify for same-day local delivery (by 9:00 PM) within a 10-mile radius.
Custom or made-to-order items require creation time and will be delivered on the next available Tuesday after completion
